If your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days once approved.
Please note that all returns must be unused. Items may be opened but must not have been burned or used in any way. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
