If for any reason you wish to return an item, we invite you to reach out to our team for assistance, and we will evaluate every return request with care and consideration. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

If your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days once approved.

Please note that all returns must be unused. Items may be opened but must not have been burned or used in any way. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
